Synergy: ethanol plants integrated into biogas plants

We develop biogas plants that produce energy from corn thin distilling, corn silage, manure, industrial waste and environmental liabilities, thus promoting a circular economy.

The integration of biogas plants with ethanol producing plants creates a synergy that allows the conversion of industrial by-products into energy assets.

A circular economy is created, where biogas is produced from stillage (a low energy value by-product), and water from the biogas process and biofertilizer for corn (the raw material to produce bioethanol) return to the ethanol plant.
